Strictly necessary technologies

We use essential cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar mechanisms to keep the service secure and usable. Examples include authentication and session state, fraud and abuse controls, navigation preferences, and remembering a cookie choice. These technologies are required for requested features and are not used for behavioural advertising.

Analytics and preference controls

Optional analytics, including Google Analytics and PostHog where configured, should load only after a visitor accepts the relevant category. A visitor can reject optional analytics or revisit and withdraw that choice using Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops future optional loading and removes analytics cookies that the service can identify.

The current preference control is not the same as consent to account, Gift Aid, marketing, or payment processing. Those purposes have separate notices and controls; this page does not create or record those consents.

Security and third-party services

reCAPTCHA and related Google security services may be used on contact or abuse-protected forms and may collect device and usage information or set their own technologies when loaded. Stripe, Firebase/Google, Brevo, hosting, analytics, and other vendors may also use technologies on their services. The approved vendor and subprocessor register records the service, purpose, location, and safeguards.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but blocking essential technologies may prevent login, donations, Gift Aid, or other requested features from working.
